VIRTASK (Virtual Training for Applied Soft Skills) is an Erasmus+ KA220-VET project that aims to strengthen the soft skills of ICT VET learners and employees through innovative VR-supported training methods and digital learning tools. The project brings together partners from Lithuania, Estonia, Serbia, Türkiye, Ireland, and Romania to develop interactive training modules, VR simulations, and an online learning platform focused on communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills needed in today’s labor market.
