Project Cycle Training

Project Cycle Training is a comprehensive program aimed at teaching participants the systematic processes involved in planning, implementing, and evaluating projects. The goal is to equip them with effective and efficient methods for every stage of the project lifecycle.

During the training, participants will explore key components of the project cycle, including needs assessment, design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The program also covers essential project management techniques such as risk analysis, resource management, and project reporting. Group exercises, case studies, and hands-on activities will be incorporated to enhance learning and encourage experience sharing.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
  • Understand the main phases of the project cycle.
  • Learn methods for conducting needs assessments and designing projects.
  • Identify challenges that may arise during implementation and develop strategies to address them.
  • Gain the ability to measure project success using monitoring and evaluation techniques.
  • Improve their project reporting and communication skills.
